I have used all 5 of these exercises at some point as I think they are all great to prescribe to clients and athletes that have glaring issues with their shoulders or with their posture. Great post to get an idea of how to do these exercises and who should do them.

People are so quick to throw advice around these days, and also quick to dismiss an idea based on something they've heard somewhere.
