-Cue Posterior Pelvic Tilt When Squatting and Deadlifting, Tony Gentilcore
I like this article because in high school I was a victim to my coaches telling me to excessively arch my back during squats. After years and years of squatting like this I have acquired over developed lumbar erectors and I lack strength in my thoracic erectors. To this day I am still working on fixing my squat pattern.
-5 Thoughts On Sprinting, Mike Robertson
Robertson provides 5 great tips on coaching sprinting. I especially like his tip about coaching the upper body which can in-turn fix problems in the lower body. I've experienced that exact thing with a handful of my athletes.
-The Ten Worst Types Of Personal Trainers, Bret Contreras
This article is a pretty funny read, but very eye opening as well. Sometimes it can be easy to fall into one of these categories. This is a good article for people interested in getting into the field of fitness.
