This series is awesome. James goes into great detail on the analysis of the pitching motion and he gives his take on the UCL tear - Tommy John surgery epidemic that is happening in baseball right now. I really enjoy his approach to UCL tear prevention as a muscular issue as opposed to a mechanical issue. I highly recommend giving this series a read. And then read it again.

Limited Shoulder Flexion in Pitchers by Eric Cressey
This YouTube video goes over how Cressey assesses his pitchers and their upper body mobility. I like how he explains the importance of full shoulder flexion mobility and also the various reasons why someone might have limitations in shoulder mobility. As an athlete it's extremely important to understand how your body works and how you can improve quality, efficiency, and safety of movement. Watching videos like this helps this.
