Lungefest is a workout that I created by accident, really. It's short, intense, and it's got the suffix 'fest' in the title so you know it's good.
3 exercises. 4 rounds. Try to get through all 4 rounds as fast as you can.
-Lunges - 60 yards
-Squat Jumps - 20x
-Medicine ball slams - 20x
My personal best time is 9 minutes and 32 seconds.
